Llado apartments (due for completion in March 2009).
A piece of 'undiscovered Catalonia'.
Select and unique new-build apartments (21 in total) within the centre of a lovely, old medieval village called Llado between Girona and Figueres, perfect for a bit of peace and quiet whilst being close to the Costa Brava coast. I've viewed these recently and was impressed by the location, the views and this unspoilt and quiet corner of the Catalan countryside. These really are a 'one-off' with completion due in March 2009 and prices starting at around just 170,000 € including underground parking.
I've met the local developer who has bank guarantees in place and the properties have a 10 year guarantee. Prices here are well below similar property in the surrounding villages. They are also prepared to help and assist any buyers who may be thinking of renting their properties whilst not there.
This little village with only about 500 inhabitants is so quaint and well preserved it makes a welcome refuge for a bit of rest and relaxation! The provincial town of this region, known as the Alt Emporda is Figueres, just 12 kms. away which has all the facilities you'll need.
Some of the spectacular views of the surrounding Catalan countryside in all directions.

Llado has the following: a bank, supermarket, post-office, doctors, pharmacy, butchers, library, town hall, two restaurants, a school and a public outdoor pool.
